All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

The requested flowers or products are unavailable.
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Payment cannot be successfully processed.
An order is only confirmed after full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued.
2. Product Availability
As flowers are natural products, availability depends on seasonal supply and market conditions.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, ribbons, or packaging with items of similar style, colour, and value without prior notice if necessary.
Every bouquet is handcrafted by our florists, and slight variations from product photos are natural and should be expected. No two bouquets will ever be exactly alike.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.
4. Payments
We accept payment through the payment methods available on our website.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment has been received.
If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within the selected delivery date and time slot.
However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Public holidays
Road closures
Unexpected operational issues
Lovely Little shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, we may:
Leave the flowers in a safe place (where appropriate),
Leave them with a receptionist, security personnel, or neighbour, or
Arrange a redelivery at an additional delivery charge.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
Recipient's full name
Delivery address
Contact number
Delivery instructions
Lovely Little shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Any additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
7. Freshness & Flower Care
Flowers are natural and perishable products.
To maximise freshness, customers are encouraged to follow the flower care instructions provided with every bouquet.
Flower longevity depends on several factors, including:
Flower variety
Weather
Indoor environment
Customer care after delivery
Natural blooming, slight colour differences, petal markings, and gradual wilting are characteristics of fresh flowers and are not considered defects.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives:
Damaged,
Incorrect, or
Significantly different from your confirmed order,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery together with clear photographs.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
A replacement,
Store credit, or
A partial or full refund,
at our sole discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
Recipient unavailability
Change of mind after the order has been prepared
Natural ageing of flowers after delivery
Delays caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances beyond our control
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before flower preparation begins.
Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible.
Approved refunds may be subject to payment processing or administrative fees.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:
Product photographs
Product descriptions
Floral designs
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Website design
Text and content
are the intellectual property of Kwiyomi Ventures or are used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

If you create an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
